Depression
Depression is more than just feeling sad. It’s this heavy, lingering state that can affect your mood, energy, sleep, even how you think about yourself. It’s not a personal failure or just a rough day. It’s a genuine health condition.
People often describe it as losing interest in the things that usually feel rewarding, feeling numb, or living with constant self-criticism. And it can show up differently for everyone. For some people, it’s exhaustion that doesn’t lift. For others, it’s a constant sense of emptiness or worthlessness.
The important thing to know is it’s treatable, and help can genuinely make a difference.
I have been through depression as part of the chapters I faced. I offer honesty, connection, and space to reflect. Breath work, meditation, and the energy technique are what I can teach and share from lived experience.
