Alcohol & Drugs
I am 19 years sober, so I know how you feel with this addiction. I can help create a world where you feel safe because I know how you feel.
Alcohol addiction is a chronic relapsing disorder associated with compulsive alcohol drinking, the loss of control over intake, and the emergence of a negative emotional state when alcohol is no longer available.
Ask yourself one question: Are you drinking to change the way you feel? Just be honest with yourself. Once you can be honest, our common journey to tackle the problem can begin.
Other things to sit with:
- Drinking more or for longer than you intended
- Wanting to cut down or stop but being unable to
- Spending a lot of time drinking, being sick, or hungover
- Experiencing cravings or a strong urge to drink
- Letting drinking interfere with home, work, or school responsibilities
- Continuing to drink even though it causes relationship or social problems
- Giving up important activities to drink
- Putting yourself in dangerous situations while drinking (for example, driving)
- Continuing to drink despite knowing it causes physical or psychological problems
- Building a tolerance (needing more alcohol to get the same effect)
- Experiencing withdrawal symptoms (shaking, sweating, nausea) when alcohol wears off
You have to want to change. I can explain and help you with the energy technique I’m offering, and I will teach you how to do breath work so we can get to the bottom of the pattern.
